Hostel Numancia is located in Madrid?s old quarters, at the heart of the historic part of the city, just a step from Puerta Del Sol and Plaza Mayor. The Hostel is also within easy walking distance of the main museums in Madrid such as the Prado Art Museum, the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum and the Reina Sofia Contemporary Art Museum.

Hostel Numancia has nine rooms, all renovated, clean and comfortable with heating, hardwood floors and shared bathrooms. We have a left-luggage service. We speak several languages. There are car parks (public) near the hostel so that parking in Madrid will not be a problem.

The best of Madrid is on your door step, you can find: cinemas, theatres, restaurants, bars, pubs (in the area of Huertas Street and Santa Ana Square,) discos, nightclubs, and shopping streets are all in the area! You can enjoy the well-known Madrid nightlife without going far from the Hostel!

Directions

If you do not have much luggage the best way to come to the Hostal from the Airport is by tube (metro).
In Aeropuerto metro station get the pink line no. 8 towards "Nuevos Ministerios".
Get off at "Mar de Cristal" and get line no. 4 towards "Arguelles" and get off in "Bilbao".
In "Bilbao" get the light blue line no. 1 towards "Valdecarros" and get off at the stop called "Tirso de Molina" (only 3 stops), that is our stop.
Get out by the exit "Calle Magdalena", walk straight and on the right of the street at no.8 you will find the Hostal (5th floor left - there is a lift). It is quite easy, you will see.

Hostal Numancia has good transport service close at hand: the metro station of Tirso de Molina (Line 1) is just crossing the street and several bus lines pass by the same street. Atocha Railway station is within 10-minute walking distance of the Hostal.
