Hostel Salamanca is located in the prestigious "Barrio de Salamanca" neighborhood, the best in Madrid.

The Hostel is only 15 minutes from the centre, Puerta Del Sol and the most important museums and monuments of Madrid. Like Prado Museum, Thyssen Bornemisa, Cibeles, Retiro Park....

Better still; the hostel is not far from the airport and really near several suburban train stations, the bus station, a taxi rank, several hospitals, Las Ventas Bullring, Sporting Palace and the Business centre of Madrid. It is also close to all essential services and leisure centers (chemists, petrol stations, etc.) and an important shopping area where our guests will come across such famous brand names as Armani and Dior, in addition to typical market stalls.

The Hostel occupies a building dating from 1950, which was fully refurbished in 2004. Beautifully decorated, our Hostel provides friendly, personalized service, in accordance with our policy of customer service. Our staff will do all in their power to make your stay as pleasant as possible, to ensure that you will take away fond memories of Madrid and its people.

Our Hostel was reformed in October 2005.

Directions

It´s really easy to arrive to The Hostal Salamanca, nearest subways Manuel Becerra (Line 2 and 6) and Lista (Line 4).
From the airport: By Taxi is more or less 20?, by subway take Line 8 Aeropuerto-Mar de Cristal, and change for Line 4 Mar de Cristal - Lista.
From Atocha railwaystation: By subway Line 1 Atocha Renfe-Pacifico, change to Line 6 Pacifico - Manuel Becerra.
